Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. With a NAVIKA prepaid return label, the following cost is deducted from the refund: mainland Spain €3.50; Balearic Islands €5.95; European Union €7.95; United Kingdom £7.95; United States $14.95. UK and US returns are arranged individually according to carrier availability and customs requirements.
