Delivery is available to destinations enabled at checkout. Our planned coverage includes mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Availability depends on the carrier service for your postcode.

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Estimated total delivery times, including preparation: mainland Spain 2–5 business days; Balearic Islands 4–7; European Union 4–9; United Kingdom 4–9; United States 5–10. UK and US deliveries may be affected by customs delays. Balearic Islands standard shipping costs €7.95 per order.
We do not initially ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or special and overseas territories requiring a different customs process. Northern Ireland, Alaska, Hawaii and remote locations are subject to carrier coverage; any additional charges are shown before payment. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, BFPO or addresses not accepted by the carrier.
Delivery times are provided as guidance and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
For orders outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for applicable customs duties, import charges and destination fees, except taxes NAVIKA is legally required to collect at checkout.
RETURNS
We hope you love your NAVIKA pieces. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number.
Items may be tried on to check their fit but should be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition.
Where possible, original tags and accessories should remain with the product.
RETURN SHIPPING
When using a prepaid return label provided by NAVIKA, the following return shipping contribution will be deducted from your refund: mainland Spain €3.50; Balearic Islands €5.95; European Union €7.95; United Kingdom £7.95; United States $14.95.
Returns from the United Kingdom and the United States are arranged individually according to the available carrier service and customs documentation required.
If you arrange your own return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the parcel until it reaches us.
There is no return shipping charge for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and checked, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund once it has been issued.
